Where do I find my tracking code?
Your lab or clinic gives it to you, as a link, a QR code or a 10-character code like 7K3QD-M9X2P. If you have the link or QR code, just open it; you don’t need to type anything here.
Will I see my results here?
No. The tracker shows where your sample is (Collected, In transit, At the lab, Testing, Complete) and when each step happened. Your provider will contact you with your results.
My code doesn’t work. What should I do?
Check the code for typos; letters and numbers that look alike are handled for you. If it still doesn’t work, the lab may have turned the link off. Contact the lab or clinic that gave you the code.
