Privacy notice
Last updated October 22, 2026
This notice covers this website, trackmytest.com. It is run by External Software LLC, Greenville, South Carolina, the company that makes Track My Test. For our company-wide policy, see the External Software privacy policy and terms.
The early access form
When you join early access, the form sends us:
- your email address (required),
- your lab's name, if you give it,
- your lab type, if you choose one, and
- any notes you write.
We use this only to contact you about Track My Test, including early access and questions about what your lab needs. We don't sell it, share it for advertising or add it to unrelated mailing lists. Please don't include patient information in your notes.
The form is sent to our own app server at app.trackmytest.com. Like most web servers, it may record technical details such as your IP address and browser type in its logs, which we use to keep the service running and to block spam.
To see, correct or delete what you sent us, or to stop hearing from us, reply to any email we send or contact External Software through externalsoftware.com.
The free tools
The freezer box map and specimen label generator run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us. The box map remembers your last map in your own browser's storage so it's there when you come back; the Clear button removes it.
The patient tracker
When you enter a tracking code on the Track a test page, your browser tidies up the code and opens the status page for it. Track My Test stores specimen IDs only, never patient names, birth dates, addresses, insurance or results, and the status page doesn't ask you for any personal information.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.
Changes
If we change how this website handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
